(1), we suggest to keep a 1.5mm distance between outermost tubes and case, in that case, no matter how much glue was given, the dimpled tubes shall not stick to case.


(2), we give more glue for the part between dimpled tubes and case, in that case, the glue could flow from the front side of plate to the back side of plate through tiny chink, and make prefect fillet welds both sides (shown in picture as 1 & 2).


(3), those fillet welds (red parts in picture below) are very important for enhancing the strength of joints between tube and plate. If we reduce the volume of glue, yes, we may solve the problem of stuck phenomenon, but it may lead to a lack of glue to the back side of plate for creating fillet weld, and the strength of joint will be reduced, and the cooler may break after a very short-time testing.
